Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package as we are not able to retrieve packages once they are shipped. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

All orders are processed within 1-3 days.
Standard U.S. shipping is $6
Priority Shipping 2-3 Days $12.00
Express Shipping 1-2 Days $30.00
We ship via USPS/UPS services
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost, held, or damage packages via the carrier. Please keep in mind that due to COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.
Please note we do not ship on Holidays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS/UPS. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.
We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
- Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
- Visit your local USPS/UPS office with tracking information handy to get details on your package
- Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
- Sometimes USPS/UPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up
- File a claim through the mail carrier
